Pros

No Micro-Management. Very relaxed working environment. You get to speak with Director and President of the company frequently in meeting- you get to see where the company is headed. There are a lot of people who have been with the company for over 7 years - meaning they must be earning well. I am happy with Work FromAnywhere option.

Cons

No Laptop or Insurance is given in India- but i chose to accept because I had both already. In L&D generally in all the companies in India, you get Indian holidays as it is a support function- but not here; we follow American leave and Holiday- which is a miss. No salary increment or growth at least in L&D- not sure about the Ops. It's a small company- the 10000 employees seen are on contract working with other companies. the real internal strength must be 400 in the US and India who you would be working with.

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose. When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase. Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.

Cons

As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits. Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
