Pros

None. This company pays people lower compensations then what they deserve frequently and demands more work for less pay

Cons

The management is terrible. My director did not understand my job. He would sit on his cell phone all day reading Fox News and ask why our commissions weren't at $1,000 a month when he didn't being in new business. He would talk about politics, say racist things, and would talk about how lazy millennials are. He was inconsiderate and created an unwelcoming atmosphere for most

Pros

Rose International was extremely insightful in bringing the right opportunities to me and preparing me for the interviews. Had it not been for them, I would have found it difficult to land my current job. I would highly recommend this company to all job seekers in the US and abroad.

Cons

I do not have any negative experience.

Pros

As a contractor, I appreciated a number of things with Rose. When I was in the running for a contract job, my contact gave me what intel he could about the company, role, hiring manager, and also practice interviewed with me. He kept me informed through the hiring phase. Once hired, I had a contact reach out for regular check-ins to see how things were going - the good and any challenges he may need to support.

Cons

As a contractor, my only MINOR frustration was onboarding. It was not structured so I found myself asking a lot of questions. It would have been nice to have a 10-15 minute call with HR or onboarding to level set on expectations (when to set up benefits and such) or an eLearning/video walkthrough of the company sites, esp. for pay and benefits. Post contract I had hoped for more support finding a next role.
