      Company is doing well and is conservative in decision making to stay successful. Buyers and field leadership are treated very well.

      Cons

      Morale issues within HR group. Company is always planning for the worst and cutting so workers are on edge. Executives keep promoting themselves while lower levels get told budgets are tight.

      Pros

      Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
