      I feel so lucky to work with such committed and engaged associates. The new hire onboarding experience was thoughtful and effective. I really appreciate that I'm being given time to learn the business and to get to know colleagues.

      Pros

      Even though this is with my store specifically I got really lucky with my coworkers. Every season change there is 40% off for about a week other than that is 20%. They also have scholarship opportunities.

      Cons

      It’s a really physical job, sometimes it’s so busy that you can’t even take a break especially during Christmas season, you WILL debate working there during that time. The store hours are horrible and since most of the time were understaffed we won’t leave until almost midnight just cleaning up.
