Our company strives to provide very clear pathways for success and communicates in abundance to all coworkers via Town Hall meetings, webinars, weekly news documents, interoffice letters via FedEx, daily news-pop up screens, and emails to ALL coworkers. Feedback like yours will only spark our efforts to be even more communicative. Our turnover is certainly not 100%, in fact, our turnover is much lower than the industry average. We will take a deep look for any branches that have recently experienced above average turnover in the past year to uncover where this perception might exist.
