Roth Staffing, including the division I work for - Ledgent Technology, is truly a different type of organization. As an employee, you really feel cared for and like your opinion and job matters. You are not a cog in a wheel, or just a number. The Executive Leadership team is so relatable and gives all employees the opportunity to share their thoughts, opinions, feedback, and suggestions on a regular basis. The culture is professional, but friendly and engaging. Something that sets Roth apart is how the company truly embodies its Mission, Vision, and Values, as well as it's Purpose and Promise. Many organizations have a Mission and Values they post, but rarely do you see them enlivened on a regular basis. We live and breathe our Mission, Vision, Values, Purpose, and Promise on a daily basis, at all levels of the organization. Our Purpose is to make life better for the people we serve, which includes our Customers, Ambassadors, and Coworkers!
Cons
We do need to invest in some better technologies to keep us ahead of the game. The good news is this is coming the first part of 2016. I definitely feel heard, but some changes we discuss as an organization take a little longer than I'd like to come to fruition. At the same time, it's important to see the bigger picture and understand certain initiatives will have to take priority over others at time.
