Pros
Pay was consistent, office personnel were excellent. Fellow employees knowledge of industry was excellent within the scope of executing the service to the customers.
Cons
Insufficient personal to train. Not that they were looking to train. I rode with several “trainers”. All were too concerned with getting the job at hand done and on to the next one. Leaving no time to actually train me. Work vans were never clean. In my limited experience with the company The services provided to customers were more geared to generating revenue that serving the customer.
