Company forces you to lie to customers, all they care about is money, there is no work/life balance there is no where to move up in the company when you work in the call center, you get a joke of a raise, sick time randomly disappears, dispatch and csr butt heads, definitely favoritism in the office from management, You are treated like a slave you have to maintain a make busy percentage that is almost impossible to maintain, you are lied to about moving up your shift and if management had a bad day you will as well. If you want a good entry level job or to meet great people then come here but if you’d prefer to enjoy your life and going to work don’t come here.
