High School Drama Approved and Hours are a Privilege - Food Service Worker Round One Entertainment Employee Review

People get big heads and management encourages it if they like that employee more than you. Hours get taken away and when you ask how to get more, you get told to just do better which you can't because you have zero hours. You don't even get a warning before the hours are gone and they told you you were doing fine until that point??? If anything happens, managers will not explain anything and just yell at you for not understanding by text only. Nothing in person or on call.
