We never got parts on time or when we needed them due to the higher ups doubting us. The Pay as a technician is the same as someone of the same level working the cash register. If you aren't a manager you will always be the closer. There is drama between departments and tons of favoritism. It's not a career unless you make it into the Senior Technician team. If you work under 32 hours you will not be getting benefits. If you aren't part time you are basically living there.
