Pros
The only good thing I can really say is that I was able to pick my own hours which made it easy to work around my schedule when I was a student. Everyone other than management works part time they don’t offer full time but when I wasn’t going to school they gave me 42.5 work weeks which was nice. The work itself isn’t hard and u get a discount on the food which ain’t half bad.
Cons
A lot of problems since the beginning. To start I applied to work the arcade floor and then after hired was told I was actually going to be working as a bowling attendant. Ok, not the end of the world I still got the job. Major flaw at this place is just the dis ingenuity from coworkers and management. In the later months working there I was offered to transfer to the mechanic team which I accepted. But after that months went on and I never got transferred after asking the manager if he had the paperwork for me to sign so I quit asking. It wasn’t until management found out I was planning on quitting since I’d gotten a few other job offers only THEN they started training me to be a mechanic. The people who work there are also some of the worst. Majority of them are miserable and just are not team players.
