      They 'had' great staff members You can request off as early as a week ahead If applicable you can became a bartendet and earn tips

      Cons

      Unless you have no sick days, call outs, and nothing on you they will not promote Takes MONTHS maybe YEARS to get promoted Higher management doesnt care about staff They let go the 'good' workers and not the bad ones
