Pros

*Many of the other customer service reps were very helpful *My manager was awesome! *Many of the other departments were invested in my learning *We were given $1,000 toward adopting a shelter pet and the vet bills that went along with that pet.

Cons

*Upper management was very disorganized *When our remote team was deemed no longer necessary, they lied to us when we specifically asked if we needed to worry about losing our jobs *The pay was meager compared to the amount of work

Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

Cons

As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
