11yThank you for recent review—we appreciate your honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear your experience as an employee at Rover.com was not a pleasant one. We're constantly looking to improve and grow our operations and company culture. A recent initiative was to develop our core values, which we strive to enforce and inspire daily with the team. In fact, one of those core values speaks specifically to work/life balance, and the importance of families and life events trumping business matters every time.
I also appreciated your feedback regarding our healthcare benefits. As the person working to create better packages and options for employees, this feedback is invaluable. We'll be offering new benefit packages through open enrollment in February, and I'm hopeful that with our growing employee population, we'll have an opportunity to establish even better plans with carriers.
