      Pros

      They really do care about pets. That’s the mission and they drive it home. Great people and really smart engineers. They have great processes for career growth and great culture, with a lot of in office events but still the flexibility to work from home.

      Cons

      Not a publicly traded company anymore.

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Cons

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
