Pros
The management is very accessible. Besides a handful, most employees and managers are very friendly. Travel can be a good thing if you're young. The hours are extremely flexible and the environment is pretty relaxed. As long as you get your work done, you're pretty much free to do what you want.
Cons
It's possible to get stuck doing some crappy work for a crappy boss. Some employees have to travel far more than others, but usually get better compensation for it. Even manager's have to travel somewhat often, so it's hard to settle down. The base salaries could be a little bit more competitive, especially for co-ops.
