      Pros

      I enjoy coming to work. Managers are approchable and work with you. I feel like I am given opportunities to grow and advance my career. Very good balance, work hard-play hard.

      Cons

      Some customers are better to work with than others. Occasionally have long hours, but it always balances out.

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
