Pros

- Solid hard case products that they offer - Highway is almost done with construction

Cons

- management passes out leads based off favoritism that no other salesperson knows is available - Doesn’t understand that a pipeline takes a while to build. Especially with the industry they’re in. - No direct feedback on what is going well or needs work. - horrible employee break system that would remind you of working on an assembly line (15 minute breaks)

Can take time to get customer base built up, but so many products to sell it can happen quickly as well.
