Money is good, if you don't mind the hours.
Cons
Management is not very capable, corporate has went down hill in Last 4yrs They claim to be safety minded. Mostly that's just lip service, if it benifits Ruan and they can get away with it they'll do it or let you the driver do it. Be it logging in or not, doing work off the books working 70 plus house a week for their yard driver & shuttle drivers ,Skipping mandatory OSHA training and penciling in paper work to cook the records. If you get caught breaking the rules, even when they wanted and let you do it. They will hang you out to dry. They don't support their workers, and can't hire enough drivers because of this and the fact that when it becomes necessary to lay someone off they never give you a heads up, its just ok we don't need you anymore. Maintenance is almost none existent, they've closed their shops upped the intervals for service and here again a lot of the times its just penciled in to save money and time.
