Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for training and advancement within the company. Also they are always looking to expand. It is very easy to contact upper management and it really feels like a small company atmosphere.

Cons

The benefits package is pretty poor. Not a very helpful HR department when dealing with benefits issues. Also, a lot of longtime employees are very resistant to change. It can make for a very tough place to work when youre always fighting to make progress.
