Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We are pleased that you felt trusted to do your job, and that you were surrounded by good people at Rugby. To address upper management visiting branches: we certainly slowed our travel down in the COVID years, but all Regional Managers and Vice Presidents are currently on a pretty intensive travel schedule, so hopefully this perception is in the process of changing. As for pay, in the last few years we made significant changes to our pay structure. We routinely analyze market rates and believe that we pay above the market average for most of our roles.
