Pros

Runzheimer is a great place to consider working if you are looking to continually grow and develop. I have a relatively short tenure right now, but I have seen a number of my peers with less than two years of experience being promoted into larger roles. Personal growth is there if you want it. Pay and benefits are good and the wellness benefits are great, including onsite yoga and a CSA. Coworkers are friendly and collaboration is stressed from day one. My manager really seems interested in my development.

Cons

There are multiple projects going on at any one time, and some employees find themselves on numerous projects at once which can make for a heavy workload at times.

Pros

I’ve been with Runzheimer for 15+ years, across multiple departments. I’ve seen a lot of change over the years, some good and some that I probably wouldn’t brag about. Aside from how great the benefits are and the fact that we have free popcorn, drinks, coffee and a ping pong table to boot... I have to say, what makes this company special is the way our leadership team works each and every day to make sure the employees feel as if they are heard, cared for and part of the big picture. I know there are negative reviews and I agree, the coffee is not the best. However, seeing smiles on people’s faces when they are in the office and talking to them about the fact that the culture is so different than before, makes you realize how truly special it is to be a part of this amazing transformation. We have a lot going on and there is a lot of work to do, but I feel like we are pulling together as a team and getting the job done. It’s exciting to be a part of something that is going to launch this company further than we’ve ever been. I look forward to many more years here with Runzheimer and I can’t wait to see what Randy and his team have in store for us next.

Cons

I have no negative comments to share.
