Pros

According to what people say: Free popcorn on Wednesdays, free soda and coffee Flexible work schedule if you happen to have a boss that will allow that. If you are a salesperson, you will be treated better than most of our clients and everyone is expected to roll out the red carpet every time they grace us with their appearance at the office. Lots of random contests and festivities

Cons

No holiday bonuses Employee feedback is only recognized if it comes from executive management Some departments understaffed and expected to work long hours Mandatory book clubs

Let me say first that I am clearly sorry for your frustration in this situation. At the core of our company our values are based on honest and transparent communication and feedback. In this case it appears that we have not provided you that. My apologizes. We work hard at building a culture in this company that values the individual. A culture that values everyone's contribution. That values all of us as people and as a team. Its absolutely true that there are things that we might disagree with over time and I encourage that conversation as long as it is a healthy exchange of ideas and perspectives. Yes, meetings can run too long at times and frankly I don't like them either. But they serve as a conduit for us to run the company. We can always be better and we strive to do so. But on any basis I absolutely encourage any honest and open conversation among all of us at any time. We need to always live to our values as a company. And it is everyone's job to see that we do so. I would like to offer you this. If you want to talk to anyone in our organization about your frustrations it will be met with a confidential and sincere effort to resolve these things to the best of our abilities. I can personally offer to talk to you under any circumstances you want. It can be confidential without any other person's involvement. It can be in our offices or if you want I can meet you for coffee somewhere...you name it. I will be there. My door is always open to everyone in this company on any basis. And that is true for entire the management team as well. I hope you take me up on our offer. And if not I understand - I value your feedback in your post and we will examine where we are going wrong here and work to correct it. Everyone counts in this company. No matter what. Randy

Pros

I’ve been with Runzheimer for 15+ years, across multiple departments. I’ve seen a lot of change over the years, some good and some that I probably wouldn’t brag about. Aside from how great the benefits are and the fact that we have free popcorn, drinks, coffee and a ping pong table to boot... I have to say, what makes this company special is the way our leadership team works each and every day to make sure the employees feel as if they are heard, cared for and part of the big picture. I know there are negative reviews and I agree, the coffee is not the best. However, seeing smiles on people’s faces when they are in the office and talking to them about the fact that the culture is so different than before, makes you realize how truly special it is to be a part of this amazing transformation. We have a lot going on and there is a lot of work to do, but I feel like we are pulling together as a team and getting the job done. It’s exciting to be a part of something that is going to launch this company further than we’ve ever been. I look forward to many more years here with Runzheimer and I can’t wait to see what Randy and his team have in store for us next.

Cons

I have no negative comments to share.
