Pros

Working in the office was okay. It was a big open area with low cubes and little privacy. They did hold monthly pot lucks at the end of the month which was nice for employee comrodery and morale.

Cons

There were 2 time clocks for a huge building for people and when you started at the same time as everyone else it was difficult to punch in on time even if you were there as there as a long for the time clock. EMT s deserved higher pay as they have very technical and important jobs.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
