Pros

Decent equipment and pay. No micromanaging from administration.

Cons

Difficulty obtaining uniforms (currently switching vender), It is a private company so they stretch every bit of use out of their equipment (Still functioning and not dangerous). You just have to wait a little long for the new toys.

Pros

Straightforward with their expectations of you leading up and going into the academy.

Cons

There is no room for error. If you’re not in good physical condition and think you’ll improve while in the academy you’re wrong. You need to already be in good shape or they will run you ragged for it. It’s either you’re ready or you’re not and if you’re not then they will make it as miserable as possible to test you and either you quit or they fire you.
