Great skilled people to work with. Competitive teams and so performances of the team and I improve when I work with them.

Cons

Give the competitive environment, the reliance of personal network is high so fitting in as a new person was hard. Took forever to open doors to internal opportunities of growth. GIven demands of high performance work, the pay is not competitive with other health systems/ univs.
