Pros
Most of the people I work with are great people and I have a great time working with them.
Cons
Pay. The hourly and commission or the lack there of are low and its hard for day to day life now. All they care about are the numbers and weather or not you can sell perks and internet. Some management is a joke. Being told that it isn't their job to be on the sales floor and help with a very big rush and/or not knowing how promotions work. Have the threat of a write up and possibly losing your job is not a motivator. For how long I've been with the company I've been over looked for a promotion multiple times. Raises or lack there of. Saying that we are family. No we are coworkers and possibly friends when i work with you every day and i see you more then my actually family.
