Pros
Elizabeth Miller and the staffing professionals at Russell Tobin helped me tremendously to make sure I had employment before even graduated in 2015. Due to some unforeseen circumstances with, I had to resign early from the client firm but was offered full time employment by the same firm. This opportunity would not have risen if it were not for Elizabeth's and Russell Tobin's efforts to present this opportunity in the first place. The professionalism experienced with the associates at Russell Tobin has been excellent.
Cons
No PTO, which should not be expected with a staffing firm in the first place, but I did have to deduct for days off for exams and work through illness.
