      Pros

      The people are all passionate about what they do. You will not be surrounded by people with their heads down, plugging away at their desks. Everyone is very collaborative, invested in the success of others and we all work hard. The people are fantastic both as colleagues and professionals!

      Cons

      They can be distractions in an open office space so you need to possess good organizational skills.

      Quick on-boarding Clients were good

      Cons

      Contacts were not quick to respond unless the company you work for contacted them At random times a paycheck could be missed and it would be up to a week before you got it
