allows you to have some hands on experience at some of the major tech companies in the bay area which gives you an edge in the job market
Cons
They don't let you know when your contract will expire which can be rather nerve wrecking especially if you're financial situation at home is already pretty unstable; a not so uncommon trait in the current bay area economy.
