Pros
The culture is great and everyone on the team has the same passion and motivation to change the stereotype of the staffing industry. Managers are always open to hearing ideas and making change to improve the process. Great company perks and everyone here really adopt the work hard play hard mentality.
Cons
IT systems needs a bit more work and we could use more resources when it comes to the tools we have access to for recruiting.
