      None whatsoever. If I had to say one it would be getting paid weekly.

      Cons

      The CEO goes all Kanye level rants every morning meeting. The whole “dojo” vibe is a waste of time and is honestly like progressing up the ladder of Scientology. If a recruiter reaches out about an opportunity here RUN in the other direction.

      Pros

      Quick on-boarding Clients were good

      Cons

      Contacts were not quick to respond unless the company you work for contacted them At random times a paycheck could be missed and it would be up to a week before you got it
