Pros
First couple of weeks were very welcoming. There are some dedicated employees that glued people together and hope the organization acknowledge their contributions.
Cons
Depend on one's manager - My manager and team leads in my division are not strategic and not hands on. Only used theories as solutions and brush off inputs, suggestions and questions they are not familiar. Instead of hands-on, only googled and pull information from internet to apply as guides. Unfair job assignments and not enough work to help recruiters to meet metrics. Lack of internal process and structure. No proper onboarding training and most scheduled sessions were cut short. Feedback provided to manager but just shrugged off. This appears to happen frequent. Questions about tools and processes left unanswered. For a staffing firm that provide advice and services to customers and talked big on DEI are lacking big time on knowledge and internal structure to support employees to do their jobs and those impacted by layoff. From the time I started to the time I left, many have either left or laid off. Management is not empathetic and do not share information clearly.
