Pros
Great team of timesheet and leave management. The team was very supportive as well. Excellent coordination between various teams of onboarding, finance, timesheet and leave balance etc. Overall good experience.
Cons
The new employee profile creation and updates could be managed well. Team perks and motivation from the company could be done. More better salary package structure and compensation benefits as per market standards and as per employee experience would be great. A bonus component during joining or mid way could make the employment journey motivational.
