      Pros

      Overall it's a solid organization with good people. Industry leading products and reputation. They do some very nice things for employees and their families (ie: holiday parties & Breakfast with Santa)

      Cons

      Upper management in the Industrial Group has no outside experience.

      Great brands & quality products, wonderful coworkers and community, pension plan, leadership development focus, learning investment.

      Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
