      This position has decent pay.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about production staff at all. Its evidenced all the time, any concerns raised about safety or workplace improvement are disregarded. The only thing anyone cares about is money. They like to say they care, but actions speak louder than words.

      Below industry base pay, recent uncertainty of bonus achievement, flat growth, influx of oversight by parent company (less entrepreneurial spirit), recent reductions in force.
