      Pros

      Great benefits. You work with accomplished faculty, who are also kind people. New Brunswick also offers a lot of things to do at night and on weekends. Also, it is so close to New York.

      Cons

      It is a large, complicated institution. Simple requests can be very difficult. There is also a lot of work to be done and not enough employees to do it.

      Pros

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Cons

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
