      Pros

      I am a student and just graduated from Rutgers University. I did work study program in Rutgers for one year. I work in Statistic department and everyone there were very nice. All of them are friendly to our student worker.

      Cons

      I only did work study program there as a part time job. I don't fell too much Cons. Thank you.

      Pros

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Cons

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
