Pros
This isn't a review that was forced or asked for. I genuinely enjoy working for RxVantage. There is a lot of growth and stability which is great especially during this time of uncertainty. There is a lot of cross department collaboration and the leadership team is very accessible. RxV is very employee forward and I know that the decisions that are made at top level are made with employees in mind
Cons
There could be a more robust benefits plan/offering (however, things have already improved from over the years so I know we will get there)
