I've been here for a few years and the company is growing very fast! It's definitely not easy or perfect, but its changing all the time, challenging and exciting! - Love my teammates - Love the work/life balance - this is talked about a lot AND supported! - Great pay and equity - Founder-led, so it still feels like a smaller company that cares
Cons
Management likes to avoid the spotlight (no PR, etc.), so no one really knows about us. We're completely remote so it can be tough to really connect with other team members. Communication between departments breaks down at times.
