Pros
Coworkers are trauma-bonded over incompetent leadership
Cons
I've been a top producer at a lot of large companies and I've never had a worse experience in my 8 years in sales. Managers have a "my way or the highway" attitude and its very clear they don't care about their employees. The unlimited PTO is not a real thing, they will fire you if you take time off. They will change their commission structure and promotion path if they feel you're doing too well. A large portion of how you are judged and paid is based on a metric largely out of your control. Everyone feels like they are on the chopping block, high-stress quotas that keep going up, a lot of non-sales related work will be dumped on you. They don't promote from within but instead, give these BS micro-promotions that don't mean anything and come with a pay raise that doesn't keep up with inflation. Constant change that will leave you confused and unmotivated. Daily hour-long meetings that consist of time-wasting non-sense. Do yourself a favor and find a better opportunity.
