Pros
I have worked for a Big Four firm, a boutique firm, and a Fortune 100 company. While each workplace had pros and cons, I would say Ryan has been the best place to work. There is leadership and a coherent vision. The vast majority of my fellow employees are top-notch and there is a feeling like you can, and are encouraged to, grow and advance. But, probably most important for me, is the fact there is real flexibility here. I am a single mother of two kindergarten-age kids. I drop my kids off at school - it's no problem for my boss that my workday begins about 9am. I've been able to attend mid-day school functions without guilt, knowing that I can rearrange my work hours if I need to. I work in a city where we have some days where snow makes driving stressful and unsafe. In general, it's okay to work from home those days. All this flexibility makes me work harder for Ryan.
Cons
There is a lot of focus on meeting revenue goals, which can be add an element of stress when we are performing at our absolute best.
