      Pros

      I've been in the property tax group for 14 years. I have not always had myRyan. I enjoy the flexibility of getting time to go to appointments and working from home as necessary. Not all groups can easily work from home but with a little planning, it is do-able.

      Cons

      Equipment upgrades seem slow to coming to fruition.
