      Pros

      Ryan offers fair pay with sizeable bonus potential. Ryan also offers the ability to work your own hours and work from wherever you like. This provides excellent work/ life balance. Ryan's training is top notch, and there are plenty of opportunities for quick advancement. Upper management is continually requesting feedback and makes a valid effort to make changes and adjustments based on suggestions received. This firm and its leadership truly care about its employees and want to know how they can keep you for life. I do not know any other firm that does so much to ensure its employees are happy. I'll be here until they make me leave.

      Pros

      Culture is great amongst principle and executive team members. The work is not difficult if you have prior experience in property tax. Benefits are good. Great promotion track if you are willing to play the politics.

      Cons

      Political environment. Senior Consultants do not mind throwing newer people under the bus for their mistakes. Boundaries are not respected. You are expected to know everything with no real formal training, they do provide some training for the first few weeks but then it drops off and everything needs to be self taught. Management has favorites and you will know instantly.
