Pros
I've always been a hard worker but as a single mom no matter how hard I worked I never seemed to make enough salary to do more than pay my bills. That all changed when I came to Ryan 10 years ago. Here I am appreciated and compensated directly for my contributions; I am in control of my future success. I have been able to do things I never thought I would be able to...like paying for my son's fireman and paramedic school in full. Thank you Mr. Ryan for letting your employees share in your company's success! Not only have you changed my life, but you've changed my son's life as well, and the countless others he will be able to help in his future career.
Cons
I cannot think of any cons, but I do feel a permanent casual dress code would be a nice addition to our office.
