Task oriented teams - this is limiting employees from learning new skills, knowledge Poor Indian Management - TL's to Sr. Director non of them deserve to be leaders. All of them encourage employee petting (Interstingly they neither work nor manage people but get paid high and still complain about their salary) 😂 No Transparency - Baised Decisions Poor quality of work- Employees are used to this Unethical methodology used to deliver client services, so called Indian leaders cover up most mistakes to buy US confidence and add more FTE's headcount Recruitment - Worst method to hire talent, change the process most of the campus hires know ur test questions through existing employees Slow growth - No measures to promote/Retain talented employees Lastly Work space Utilization and Shifts
