      Good atmosphere great people good employees great people good benefits good pay good salary good image good reputation

      Cons

      Unflexible not secure low pay hard hours long hours long shifts cold food warm beer poor service long nights long days thats how it usually is at work but it is also worth it some times

      Work / life balance is great

      Cons

      Upper management always changing directions of company. Hard to get simple things approved . Been holding on to stock options for six plus years with no IPO in sight
