Pros
Friendly company with really good employee benefits. I've been there since my company was taken over in 2022, and (despite the challenges of integration), the whole overall process has been smooth. Working from home means a really good work-life balance, and we have quarterly Practice Strategy Days, which are a great time for team-bonding and learning.
Cons
As the head office and many of the other offices are in the US, some of the company-wide training is very US-centric (they are trying to improve this). Although there are opportunities for promotion, it's a slow process.
