POLITICS IS THE POLICY! - Tax Associate Ryan Employee Review

The hikes are the worst part here as lot of politics is involved. Indian employees do not get good hikes probably as I do not see smiles on anyones face during the Increment letter ! My hike was pathetic. When a person is dedicating his years of effort to your company with quality and you dont pay him! Thats sad and not fair. Every thing is based on non sense feedback, your hikes , promotions etc. Whole of the higher management should be replace and formed a new one. So manipulative. AND PLEASE GIVE GOOD HIKES AND PAY !
