Pros

My Co-workers were great to work with. They were always willing to help because the company is not! They just care about the bottom line

Cons

They make it sound like it's the best job ever. Once you get promoted you are over worked and undervalued. The production managers expect "perfect" homes, the QAI (quality assurance program) is a joke and only designed to take money from your bonus check. They hire guys right out of college because they don't know any better and can mold them into how they want them, brainwash you into thinking there is nothing better out there. The culture is toxic. If you spend over $50 on an item, you need to explain why to your boss and they need to sign off on it, even if you want to do the right thing for the homeowner. You are never empowered to do the "right" thing for the homeowner. No wonder the turnover with the company is so high! I could go on and on, but you get it! Stay away from this employer!

Great training for new reps!

Cons

You’re running your own business in some ways. May be a con if you’re uncomfortable with this and high stress situations.

Pros

this job is so fun, you get to work with different people every day and uncover their stories. Management cares about us and wants to see us success. The pay is good. I feel like there are a lot of career opportunities presented to us as well.

Cons

there isnt much flexibility. You work almost every weekend but thats what you sign up for.
